### Swimming is one of my favorites sports, I find it easy and fun to do and yet considered as one of the best exercise that could give us a lot of health benefits.

> If you want to have a healthy heart, aside from eating healthy foods and keeping away from bad habits like smoking, etc, swimming is one best way to keep your heart as well as your lungs healthy aside from the fact that this activity helps tone muscles thus build endurance and strength.
