 _________ ### just gone for a weekend ... roger and out! _______ The best way to enjoy peacefully calmness is to get away from the city (if you want to take the plane) and be on the way to sun and beach. Some days I think it would be better to let the waves blow over and in my ears, instead of damaging my ears to the noise of the big city. On a weekend I had surfed the beach of Caparica and Trafaria. As a beginner with a surf guide, because these guides have an eye-catching for swells and tides and know and help you to get better. __________     __________ ### let’s Begin from the beginning ... _______ Basically, the weekend was well planned through and the totally haphazard, but somehow was always something going on ...! Checked inter hostel on Friday at the afternoon, that basically means just throwing things in the corner, getting off the sweat and dust from the traveling and discovered Hostel's surroundings! Then went shopping, because self-sufficiency was on the agenda and conjured a wholesome supper of spaghetti with tomato sauce. Sleep and prepare for the next day .... _________     __________ ### Saturday... _______ Wake up early and cheerfully laughing with brushed teeth in the mirror, it was already around 10 clock when we went with the boards to the beach of the beautiful Caparicas. Well packed in a comfortable wetsuit and with sunscreen well lubricated the surf day could start! ______     ________ ### flat, tired and ko! ______ Okay, after 6 hours sun, sea and waves were all flat like pancakes and hanging around... The board didn’t want to be so easy to wear, as at the beginning and bathroom and kitchen were the places to be and the reason for rumble in the jungle ... I heard only that my bed was call me to come now... _________    ________ #### Sunday... ________ Aha, there are muscles that I didn’t recognized before and didn’t know yet, a tender soreness runs through my body. Through whole paddles the arms and shoulders are strongly felt. But a bit is still possible. Quick walk to the beach part of Trafaria and another morning surf before I have to go back! Full input was required, the coach was tough and good and explained everything wonderfully! In the afternoon I went back with aching soreness and when I arrived home I literally fell into bed! Sleep through until Monday morning, the alarm rings and a new week begins ... ______ ###### Text and pictures made by myself ____  _____ ### kurz mal ein Wochenende raus... _______ Das beste, um einmal Ruhe und Stille zu genießen ist es einfach mal weg aus der Stadt (gegebenenfalls ab in den Flieger) und auf dem Weg zum Strand. So halte ich es mancher Tage für besser mir die Wellen um die Ohren schlagen zu lassen, anstatt den Lärm der großen Stadt mein Gehör zu schädigen. An einem Wochenende hatte ich den Strand von Caparica und Trafaria gesurft. Als Anfänger mit Surf Guide, da diese ein Auge Funden Wellengang haben, die tides kennen und einen helfen besser zu werden. __________     __________ ### nochmal von vorn... _______ Im Grunde war das Wochenende gut durch geplant und das total planlos, doch irgendwie war immer was los...! Eingecheckt Freitag Nachmittag, dass heißt im Grunde nur Sachen in die Ecke geschmissen, den Reise Staub abgeduscht und Hostel samt Umgebung erkundet! Dann noch einkaufen gegangen, da Selbstversorgung an der Tagesordnung stand und ein bekömmliches Abendmahl aus Spagetti mit Tomatensauce gezaubert. Schlafen und sich auf den nächsten Tag vorbereiten.... _________     __________ ### Samstag... _______ Früh erwacht und munter mit geputzten Zähnen in den Spiegel gelacht ging es auch schon gegen 10 Uhr ab mit den Boards an den Strand Caparicas. Wohl eingepackt in einen bequemen Neoprenanzug und mit Sonnenschutz gut eingeschmiert konnte es beginnen! ______     ________ #### platt, müde und ko! ______ Okay, nach 6 Stunden Sonne, Meer und Wellen waren alle platt! Das Board wollte sich auch nicht mehr so leicht tragen lassen, wie zu Beginn und Bad und Küche waren heiß umkämpfte Orte...ich hörte nur mein Bettchen mich rufen... _________    ________ ### Sonntag... ________ Aha, es gibt doch Muskeln die ich noch nicht kannte, ein zarter Muskelkater durchfährt meinen Körper. Durch ganze gepaddel sind die Arme und Schultern stark zu spüren. Doch ein bisschen geht noch. Schnell zu Fuß ab an den Strand Teil von Trafaria und noch ein morgen Surf bevor der Rückweg ansteht! Voller Input stand an, der Coach war hart und gut und erklärte alles wunderbar! Am Nachmittag ging es dann mit schmerzenden Muskelkater zurück und zu Hause angekommen fiel ich buchstäblich ins Bett! I'd love to surf Portugal. Looked like tiny perfect ways, great for a beginner! Must be a good kinda tired. Those arm muscles can really suffer if you aren't used to it!
