Winter Pumpkin Soup📷
<b>Hot</b>, <b>spicy</b>, thick ,sweet, <b>creamy</b> and full of flavor and aroma,this  pumpkin soup is absolutely perfect for cold, gray winter days.A <b>delicious</b> dish with beautiful, bright <b>colors</b>, rich in taste and full of <b>vitamins</b>!
It's very easy to make and you need only a few ingredients:<b>pumpkin</b>, olive oil, potato, carrot,<b> orange juice</b> and onion!And some spices for extra flavor, such as <b>cumin</b>, ginger and <b>red hot chilli flakes</b>. I usually served it with  a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, chrushed pistachios and extra chilli flakes!And of course some toasted bread and a glass of wine..Well, a big bowl of homemade pumpkin soup, for those <b>cozy evenings</b> by the fire, can warm up even the coldest day of <b>winter</b>!

We had this a couple of times this December, thanks to the efforts of my good wife! It is really delicious with yogurt, have not tried it with pistachios & chili  but must be great, too. Thanks for the idea. Love your photos :)
