요즘 많은 시간을 유튜브를 본다.

오늘의 검색어는 '부동산','배당주','파어이족','은퇴','방탄소년단','홍진경'이었다.

대충 검색어만 봐도 내가 무슨 생각을 하고 사는지 알듯.

투명하다.

재테크 관련 영상을 보니 자기 그릇대로 투자를 한다는 생각이 든다.

대출을 최대로 땡겨 건물을 구입하고 또 리모델링을 하고 자기 돈 8,000만원을 들여 15억인가 꼬마 건물을 산 사람을 보니 참 대단하다고 밖에.....그렇게 자산을 늘리고 더 큰 건물을 사고.

대출에 대출에....거듭하여 여러 아파트를 소유한 사람들을 봐도 그렇고.

난 엄두가 안난다.

물론 어떤 이의 눈에는  코인에 많은 돈을 투자하는 내가 더 이상하게 보일지도 모르겠다.

코인, 주식, 부동산.
사람들은 각자의 성향과 각자의 그릇대로 돈을 벌고 있다.

물론 아무 것도 않는 사람들도 많다.
아직도 적금만.

이젠 투자가 필수인 시대다.
자기의 그릇을 알고 키워나가는 것이 필요하다.

저는 여기저기 분산 ㅋㅋ 좀 병적인 분산 같아요
