My Actifit Report Card: 스마트 도서관

오늘은 서울 양재쪽에 일이 있어서 다녀왔습니다.

양재역 지하상가 길을 걸어가고 있는데, 우측 벽면에 서초 스마트 도서관 이란 간판이 붙어 있는 부스가 있더군요.

현재 근무지는 다른 곳에 있지만, 약 2년전 제가 근무하던 건물이 양재역 주변에서 있어서 양재역 지하상가를 몇 번 지나다녔었는데 그 당시에는 이런게 없었습니다.

이게 뭔가하고 봤더니 무인으로 서초구 공공도서관 회원들을 대상으로 책을 대여하고 반납할 수 있는 기기네요.

사용방법을 자세히 읽어보진 않았지만, 대략적으로 살펴보니 사전에 웹사이트 등에서 대여하고자 하는 책을 선택한 다음, 양재역에 위치한 스마트 도서관에 담아두면 추후 도서관측에서 해당 도서를 이 스마트 도서관 부스에 비치해두고, 대여하고자 하는 사람은 여기서 회원번호 등을 이용해서 대여할 수 있는 장비입니다.
물론 반납도 이걸 통해서 가능하고요.

너무 좋은 것 같습니다. 살고 있는 곳이 도서관과 멀리 떨어져 있으면 한번씩 도서관 들리기도 쉽지 않은데, 이렇게 스마트 도서관이 지하철 역 내부 곳곳에 위치해 있다면 접근성이 너무 좋을듯 합니다.

서초구 공공도서관 회원분들 많이들 이용하셔서 활성화되기를 바랍니다.
그리하여 다른 지역이나 도서관에서도 벤치마킹하여 많이 확산되면 좋겠네요. 그러면 저도 언젠가 스마트 도서관을 사용해볼 수 있는 날이 오겠죠.
