These steps Will help to maintain crypto in india

After crypto community won the case in india, Crypto future is bright. As i discussed the things in my previous post that people's Point of view has been changed now. Crypto getting so much attention since Bitcoin had made a new all-time high in 2017. But the 2020-21 are huge than 2017.

New USA president biden announced his intention that he would invite all crypto specialist. It is clear that biden has positive mind towards crypto. China has big mining and exchnage commmunity that playing major role in crypto.

Now Aginst all of them, indian goverment taking steps back in Clarifying the laws and this thing is surprising and frustrating.And this is also when the progress of crypto has started in India.

So indian government should apply some important services which is important.Crypto is future and if we not accept and work on it now then we will stay behind.

As i said , crypto is here to stay so regulators need to work with bodies like G-20. 19 countries are the members of G20 and they are in favor to the crypto regulations.

Now let's talk about Sandbox. It is provide safe spaces for experimentation and they are active in multiple jurisdictions in asia. So the simple thing that needed is involvement of banks and payment companies.

So these two things are must needed and indian goverment should focus on it.

CBDC full form is central bank digital currency and it is a means of payment, a store of value and a unit of account. There are many advanatages of CBDC such as Technological efficiency, Financial inclusion, Preventing illicit activity, Protection of money as a public utility, Safety of payments system, Preservation of seigniorage income, Monetary policy transmission and Financial safety.

Well, I have shared video about 18% GST tax on crypto trading fees on exchanges. Most of them saying that regulatory clarity will give legitimacy to crypto trading and transactions. But there are many things are unclear.

A regulatory framework needs to be in place before taxation is considered. Because crypto exchanges have to make some changes after this new law. But they are waiting for clarity from the government.

So this is the problem here. The things that i have shared above are must needed in india. Also the clarity and agreement before making any law so that can be clear the confusion and way.
