이제 양치후에 물로 많이 헹궈야 겠습니다 :)
양치하고 3번정도 물로 헹구는 편인데,
이러면 치약 맛이 살짝 나면서 구취가 더 안난다고 생각해습니다.

그런데 실험을 해보니 많이 헹궈야 치약 속에 있는 계면활성제 성분이 씻겨나가서 오히려 구취가 감소한다고 하네요.

이런 방송 잘 안 보는데,
우연히 채널 돌리다가 꿀팁 얻네요 ㅎㅎ;;

시판되는 저가 제품의 치약 성분이 입안에 남아있으면 안좋습니다.  
10번 정도는 입안을 헹구셔야 되고 치약도 친환경제품으로 쓰시면 
혹시 조금 남아있게 되더라도 그나마 피해가 덜합니다.^^
