<div class="text-justify">I leave or I stay, it is a question that due to HYPERINFLATION,the economic crisis, insecurity and political instability daily arises in every Venezuelan, who desperately seek refuge in brother countries, mainly those whose territory borders Venezuela, because they are the easiest to access and to which to arrive do not represent an excessively representative expense, although in recent years the authorities of these countries in one way or another are restricting access through their borders, such is the case of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Brazil, which welcomed thousands of compatriots in the past.</div>

___

<div class="text-justify">Venezuela is currently within the first four countries with the highest level of emigrants in the world, at first only people from the upper middle class emigrated, with professional profiles and stable economic position, but today the exodus covers even the lowest strata, people with little or no educational level, people who do not know how to read or write, but who all their lives, dedicated their whole lives to learning a trade, such is the case of masons, electricians, plumbers, painters and a very popular in recent times, barbers.</div>

___

<div class="text-justify">In my particular case, by the middle of the year 201 8 I had to make the hard decision to leave the country in search of economic stability, in search of security and social welfare, in search of quality of life, trying to lay foundations in a strange country, which welcomed me for 3 months, but where it was not possible to achieve the dream by which I undertook a road trip, crossing three borders, changing from terminal bus to terminal and that lasted 5 days the one way and 5 days the return from Peru to Venezuela.</div>

___

<div class="text-justify">I returned hoping that things could have changed at least a little, but the reality was different, every day that passes in Venezuela the situation is more complicated, it is uphill to feed a family like that is that I undercame a new trip, this time to Trinidad and Tobago, where I already had some acquaintances, family and friends who spoke wonders to me and who were welcoming Venezuelans with a very good eye, then by the end of that same year, I decided again to leave my native country, leaving behind my wife and my daughters with the promise of returning to look for them if I managed to settle, as indeed happened, I settled down and achieved in three months what I could not in Peru, I became familiar with its customs and created a very close bond with some locals and natives of that country.</div>

<div class="text-justify">The odyssey of trying to get the family out begins, I managed to gather the tickets and look for the invitation letter so that they did not have problems with admission to the airport, but when planning and organizing documents, my eldest daughter's passport expired,so we had to delay the departure of the family and focus on the application for the extension of passport or the application for a new one, but impossible to achieve, the government agencies do not work and the migration and foreigners of Venezuela is no exception. Two years of long and bitter waiting but this never happened, came the other problem, one that affects most of the emigrants and is that two years without seeing my family was a long time, so well I have to return and undertake with the money gathered a small business of sale of groceries, here I am thinking again of selling everything, if I can and take my family and go to another place where I can guarantee that with effort and hardwork, they can have quality of life.</div>

___

<div class="text-justify">In short, in order to survive in Venezuela you must get used to the problem that you have to solve the obstacles day by day, problems with the electricity supply, currently rationing of 4 and 5 hours a day, the water service suitable for human consumption is cycles of 45 days or more, public transport is terrible, filling gasoline is a challenge, you have to keep you on vigil for two or three days to be able to achieve 30 scarce liters, which you must administer until next week, the products of the basic food basket increase daily complicating the panorama for any Venezuelan, therefore the dilemma is: I am leaving or I stay?</div>

<div class=text-justify"><div class="phishy">The minimum wage for a worker under labor dependence in Venezuela just rose in May of this year to 10,600,000 Bolivars which is equivalent to 2.40 ($$) US dollars per month, including the food bonus established by law by the national executive, it is worth noting that the percentage increase is above the previous one by 300%, draw your own conclusions.</div></div>
