There are at least four conditions that lead to those who put their trust in the Lord being blessed

I. INQUIRY
Psalms 2:8 (KJV)
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

The blessed man secondly is marked by
II. INSTRUCTION
Psalms 2:10 (KJV)
Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

The blessed are marked thirdly by
III. ENGAGEMENT
Psalms 2:11 (KJV)
Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

The final mark of the blessed is
IV. INVOLVEMENT
Psalms 2:12 (KJV)
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
