Government does in fact have the capability to stop it. The ability of government to coordinate and take down groups and servers in person or across the world has been seen to work before, particularly with the dark markets by the FBI. The Chinese government has acted negatively towards ICOs and cryptocurrency exchanges, it believes that the abilities and power it grants its citizens to raise funds via other self liberated individuals without the government being able to see and control it has made the powers that be act as they did to retain their ability to maintain wealth and power since it is based upon the government issued YEN and their control over it via their vast military and intelligence resources has the capability to dramatically slow the transfer of power from central to decentral unless the coordinated efforts remain unknown to the centralized government until the reformation of controlling parties within their military cyber industrial complexes can be reestablished and executed democratically in every layer of group democracy that liberated person's wish to establish. Unless those working inside the United States government believe that a true democracy by the people for the people can be implemented and reform what we consider valid forms of governance. The Federal Reserve and the people in power will cause a lot of damage to cryptos in order to hold onto the power the US Dollar provides the US military industrial complex. In order for everyone to really benefit over time and for humankind must grow it will expend more and more energy on computation, and reconstruction of matter in a way that can create the symbiosis of humans and computers such that life support can be created to harbor the knowledge of our past and future as far as is possible. This is the simulation, you simulate, I simulate, it's all simulated, but we exist and have the power to change our world, i've tried not changing it, and saw what that would do. A person's life world is a merciless mirror of one's own inner life. The spirit and the mind, the brain and the computer, they need to be in symbiosis or the systems will cause destruction. Which is the natural reaction to pain and suffering. Anyways just because they have the resources to damage the decentralized community does not mean they will be able to coordinate or come to that conclusion. We would like if they might possibly want to assimilate the laws to make these digital versions of litigation and contracting coincide with the american english laws. So that an ICO and an IPO are nearly identical under the eyes of the law. Of course within the court system it is really the people there that decide what counts as what so there is likely to be differences in opinion amongst existing governments.
