Concurso Platas Medicinales // Bondades del Orégano Orejón.

El orégano orejón tiene muchas bondades medicinales, su nombre científico es: Plectranthus amboinicus altamente reconocido en infusiones que ayudan a los problemas digestivos y de inflamación.

Las propiedades del orégano orejón son valiosísimas que varían desde el hierro, magnesio, cobre, calcio y vitaminas E, D y K que ayudan a la hora de fortalecer los huesos y una muy rica fuente de Omega 3 a la vez. <a herf="http://hablemosdealimentos.com/c-especias/oregano-orejon/">fuente</a>

En casa lo usamos para dolores de estómago, inflamación del colón y dolores pre menstruales.

Es de sencilla preparación:
-Se toman dos hojas de la planta.
-Se echan en una olla con agua.
-Se ponen en la cocina hasta que hierva.
-Y listo para consumir.

Se puede tomar con o sin azúcar (la segunda es la mejor opción).
La planta se adapta en cualquier espacio, tierra o pileta y le favorece los climas altos.</div>
