Martes 16/11/2021 de Cocina – MERIENDA CON BUÑUELOS DE YUCA // #club5050

<p>

Hoy es uno de esos días maravillosos que llego del trabajo y en casa me han adelantado algo. Hoy fue la molida de una yuca que el domingo me dejó mal porque no se ablandó. Cuando me contaron inmediatamente pensé: BUEÑUELOS DE YUCA.

Ingredientes:
<p>

Para la masa
<p>

-Yuca sancochada  y luego pasada por el molino.
-Harina de trigo o maizina.
<p>

Para el sirope
<p>

-Una panela de papelón.
-Agua.
<p>
Para freir
<p>
-Aceite.

Paso a paso:

En el  primer momento:  preparé el sirope para tenerlo frío a la hora de servir la merienda.

<p>
Coloqué en una olla una taza de agua y la panela de papelón en trozos pequeños, se lleva a la cocina a fuego lento para diluir la panela. Se mueve constantemente hasta que esté algo espesa.
<p>
En el segundo momento preparé la masa.

En un recipiente plástico coloqué la yuca molida y allí le fui agregando harina de trigo hasta que la masa estuviese moldeable.  (Mientras más dura está la yuca menos harina se necesita).

En el tercer momento hice los buñuelos.

Una vez que la masa esta en su punto se empiezan a hacer los buñuelos, redondos, tamaño al gusto.
<p>
En el cuarto momento freí los buñuelos.

Coloqué una paila en la cocina con aceite y cuando estuvo bien caliente eché a freír,

Quinto momento serví los buñuelos.

Colé el sirope para evitar alguna brosa de la panela, areglé mis buñuelos y  lista la merienda.</div>

Qué delicia!!!! Se ven divinos,!!! Mamá siempre nos hacía y con melao de panela y melao de azúcar,porque yo era racista jejeje 🤣, no me gustaba el de panela porque era "negro"!
