Delicious Oven Baked Beef Cannelloni.

I'm going to tell you how I make my beef cannelloni let's start any pot on medium heat I'm going to add some olive oil and then I'm gonna add some chopped onions and minced garlic cook them for a few minutes








 maybe three to four minutes until the onion starts to cook down now I'm going to add some diced green bell peppers and some herbs here 






I have some dried oregano dried basil and salt and black pepper mix them very well and the smell from those dried herbs is amazing cook them for additional two minutes




 and now I'm gonna add some minced meat using your wooden spoon break the meat into small pieces and let it cook until it's done it will take about seven to eight minutes now when the meat is done 



I'm going to add some fresh parsley cook for one minute and then turn off the heat now transfer the filling into a plate set it aside and let it cool now I'm going to move on to the sauce




 in the same pot where all the flavors are in I added some olive oil and now I'm going to add some chopped onions and garlic I'm going to cook them for a few minutes two or three minutes maybe



 and now I'm going to add some chopped tomatoes so take them a little bit together and now add some dried herbs the same herbs that






 I add it to the filling I have dried oregano dried basil salt and black pepper and the smell here is amazing now add your tomato sauce I use some tomato paste dissolve with some water so add that in and now we can add a teaspoon 





of brown sugar you can use white sugar of course and that is remove the acidity from the tomato paste I used mix it very well then bring it to a boil cover reduce the heat and let it simmer



 for about 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens now for the Kunlun is I'm using those oven ready cannellonis so I don't have to pre cook them before putting them in the oven now to fill them make sure to close one side






 of it with your finger and now start stuffing it here I use the other side of the spoon to help me get the filling in so continue with the same process until you finish all of your filling so here I finish them all





 I got about nine cannellonis now after 20 minutes you notice the sauce has thickened and it has a really nice consistency and that's what you want so put about a ladle full of that sauce in the bottom of your baking dish 




now lay your cannelloni x' in and make sure you don't stick them to each other nor put them on top of each other because in the oven they will get bigger and they will be sticking to each other and it will be so hard to pull them 









apart now pour in your tomato sauce and now we will think that oh my god that's a lot of sauce in here but no don't panic because the canal unni's need that liquid to cook in the oven now cover with some aluminium foil




 now you should read the instructions on your cannelloni packet and how long you should put it in the oven I put mine for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees and now after 40 minutes are removed it from the oven 



and I'm going to sprinkle some cheese on top just have a bit since you don't all love cheese in this house and I'm going to place it back in the oven


 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and that is how it should look like it looks so delicious.
