My most favourite fried fish with garlic and cumin marinade.

I make my fried fish with garlic and cumin marinade all the ingredients will be mention properly so need to worry, that's all now let's start for the marinade I'll be needing few ingredients here I have some lemon juice



 and olive oil I'm going to add them together then I'm going to add some garlic minced garlic of course here I have some spices and herbs I have rosemary turmeric salt



 and black pepper cumin and a mixture of caraway and dried coriander now add all those beautiful herbs and spices to the lemon and olive oil mixture mix them very well until everything



 is well combined now for the fish I'm using sea bream fish I have two and each one is about 1 pound and it is a Mediterranean fish it is so delicious and tender so you want to make sure it's clean from the outside




 and the inside and you want to wash them very well now put them in a bowl add in the marinade drizzle that on top so now you want to rub it with your hands put some of that marinade




 inside the fish and make sure that you're up with that marinade the skin the head the tail everything so that the fish will be well marinated and flavored when you're done from this step



 place your fish in a container a glass one is prepared now drizzle on top the leftover marinade and add in some onion slices you can add some slices inside also and that will give it a nice flavor




 now drizzle some olive oil cover it tightly and then place it in the fridge for about five to six hours and of course you can do it overnight now we want to prepare the flour mixture 





I have some flour salt turmeric and dried coriander mix it slightly just until the spices are combined with the flour my fish has been marinating for about five hours 




I want to remove all the onion slices they did their job and we don't want them anymore remove the ones from the inside also now shake your fish from any excess liquid place it in that flour mixture so flip it several times 




so that you make sure that it's coated from all sides now it's looking good now shake it from any excess flour and place it directly in a hot oil I have about two centimeters of vegetable oil on medium to high heat this kind of fish takes about five minutes





 on each side make sure to check on it of course so that it doesn't burn so after five minutes I flipped mine and it's looking very beautiful and it has developed a very nice



 and crunchy crust because of that flour coating so cook the other side for five minutes here my fish are done you can put them on some paper towel



 to soak up any excess oil but I prefer using one of these racks because it lets the air circulate and you don't lose that crispness on the bottom side

 garnish it with some finely chopped parsley add some onion slices and for some lemon wedges to squeeze on top.
