ရွင္ဘုရင္နရပတိမင္းၾကီးသည္ သကၠရာဇ္(၈၀၆)တြင္ " ေလာကမွန္ကူ " ဘဲြ ့ေတာ္ယူ ျပီး နတ္လူေပါင္းဆံု ထူပါရုံမည့္ ျမတ္ေစတီ ကို တည္ထားေတာ္မူသည္

ထူပါရုံေစတီေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးကို ဘုရင္နရပတိ၊ မင္းရဲေက်ာ္စြာ၊ သာလြန္မင္း၊ ဘိုးေတာ္မင္းတရားၾကီး ႏွင့္ ပုဂံမင္းစသည့္ မင္း(၅)ဆက္တို္င္တိုင္ တည္ထားကိုးကြယ္ခဲ့ၾကပါသည္

၁၁-၁၁-၂၀၁၂ ရက္ေန ့ နံနက္(၇)နာရီ(၄၃)မိနစ္အခ်ိန္တြင္ လွဳပ္သြားေသာ ငလ်င္ဒဏ္ေၾကာင့္ " ထူပါရုံ " ေစတီေတာ္ၾကီးတြင္ အက္ေၾကာင္းၾကီး(၁၅)ေနရာ ျဖစ္ေပၚသြားျပီး ေနာက္တဖန္ ငလ်င္ဒဏ္ခံရပါက ျပိဳက်ပ်က္စီးနိုင္သည့္ အေျခအေနျဖစ္ပါသည္။ " ထူပါရုံ " ေစတီေတာ္ၾကီးကို လံုးပတ္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ အျမင့္ေပမ်ားတိုးျပီး သီရိလကၤာနိုင္ငံ " ထူပါရာမ " ေစတီေတာ္ၾကီး၏ ပံုစံအတိုင္း သီတဂူဆရာေတာ္ဘုရားၾကီးက တာ၀န္ယူ ျပဳ ျပင္တည္ေဆာက္ ခဲ႕ပါသည္
