How are you today ? Long enough not greet you all because of my busyness solid . welcomes wekend I fill the time to cook a chicken stew. I often cook to relieve boredom and fatigue daily activities <br>

The main ingredient</strong>: <br>
1 whole chicken (cut into 8 pieces) <br>
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar <br>
2 tsp salt Cooking oil for frying to taste<br>

</strong> 12 red onions, puree<br>
8 cloves garlic, crushed<br>
8 nutmeg hazelnut puree<br>
4 tsp coriander, crushed<br>
1 tablespoon pepper, crushed<br>
3 tsp fine salt<br>
4 cm galangal, flattened right<br>
1 nutmeg<br>
10 pieces of cloves<br>
1000 ml of boiled water<br>
12 teaspoons soy sauce<br>

Lower the heat and continue cooking until the water runs out and spices really seep into the chicken. <br>
