Ways To make Your Company innovative- Part 1

As a consultant, after conducting audits on the company issue concerning why the
manufacturing firm of the company products are facing obsolescence, the record I took shows it can be traced to failure of the company to innovate over many years.

After thorough consultations, research and ideas of devise strategy proven to be a success which can help in helping the company to become more innovative.

### 1. Enlighting Both the Employee and the Employer to see the importance of Innovation

One first factor that should first be consider is to encourage the employee and employer in the company to see the importance of Innovation. Without seeing the importance of Innovation, it will be quite difficult to implement some of the strategy that can foster the innovation that
should take place in the company. With the employee whether in the manufacturing firm and the employer in the company seeing the innovation, they will be eager to carry out and apply strategy to foster the innovation growth in the company

### 2. Employing Innovative People

The second suggestive ways is to employ innovative people in the company. Innovative people who have a vision of Innovation and are well equipped with knowledge and experience that can bring innovation to the company. It is very important to find people who are willing to
incorporate innovation to the system in the company.

Innovative people can serve as an extra push to already people in the company who are less Innovative to be more innovative thereby fostering the growth of innovation in the company and taking the company to a greater height

in my country small companies became innovative when they were forced to compete for the customer, companies that are not able to innovate to reach the consumer more efficiently tend to disappear over time is why being an innovative company is a guarantee of permanence in the market.
