Hola hola mi querida comunidad, les envío un especial saludo a todos los chef de hierro que hacemos vida en este espacio.

Esta ronda que promueve la amiga @marcelys1 es muy acorde con la temporada decembrina, ya que en estas fechas se suelen realizar preparaciones con embutidos y para esta ronda les presento un pasapalo en los que se pueden combinar varios embutidos.

En esta ronda utilice salchichas, queso amarillo, repollo, pepino, zanahorias, tomates Cherry y pan tostado

Empezamos lavando las hortalizas que usaremos con vinagre y secandolas bien para posteriormente picarlas

Luego, con ayuda de un palillo empecé a colocar el pepino e ir envolviendo con éste la salchicha y el queso amarillo

Terminé de colocar la zanahoria, el repollo y el tomate, luego le coloque de base el pan tostado, quedan unos pasapalos coloridos y deliciosos
