Here's a few long exposures I took in the sky bar of Hotel Torni in Tampere and Rauhaniemi winter swimming place. This hotel sky bar picture was taken through glass. Because of the reflections, the camera was supported by two legs of the tripod and the objective that was against the windows.  This shot is from Rauhaniemi.   Slip once and you get a nice bath.
