How to sketch on digital media || step by step process || Black and White painting

I am having so much fun drawing on my new display tablet. I thought i would record everything i draw but because of my desktop's low configuration, if i use the recorder my pen starts to lag. which is annoying. 

I am realizing that just sketching is way more fun than coloring and shading and detailing. 
I have been sketching three or four pieces every day. Its a blast.
