<p>Crust </p>
<p>1 pkt graham crackers </p>
<p>15ml butter (melted)</p>
<p>grind the crackers and add the melted butter</p>
<p>mix full and than put in ramekins or a round dish </p>
<p>Filling</p>
<p>2 cups milk</p>
<p>2 eggs</p>
<p>50 ml cornflour mixed in water and dissolved</p>
<p>50ml sugar</p>
<p>1 tsp vanilla exract</p>
<p>15ml butter</p>
<p>cinnamon </p>
<p>Mix milk ,eggs ,vanilla extract and butter , than bring it to a boil over a low heat</p>
<p>Once the mix starts boiling add the cornflour </p>
<p>after it thickens pour over crust and dust cinnamon </p>
