**SUMMARY** Total Vesting Fund Steem is down by **12,101,844** since the hard fork on Dec 6 , 2016 . . It takes 13 weeks to completely power down , so if someone wanted out right after the hard fork than they would have another 4 to 5 weeks to be completely powered down . Then just maybe these numbers can turn around and increase instead of decrease.
