The day went nothing like planned.

Yet, I guess it was exactly what I needed. 

I slept. Napped. Self cared. Was quiet and kind to myself. 

I didn't write up a storm, but that's ok.

I will write up a storm another day. Perhaps tomorrow. 

I did make a list of some somethings I want to manifest, but I mostly came up with life goals. 

One of them is to fast for 13 hours per day. When I started thinking about fasting, I thought, fasting from what? I decided food, water, and electronics, along, lotions, and if I can time it right shampoos too, but if not, everything else should do. 

Fasting not only gives me focus and timelines, but it also gives me boundaries. 

I "can't" get up and blog in the middle of the night because I will be fasting from electronics. 

This will ensure that I sleep well, spend time with my kids, and give my non-electronic life at least more than half of my time (even if it does include sleep). 

I also saw the natural divisions in my non fasting times, and was able to schedule 10 solid (non steem related) hours for writing and writing and only writing. 

I also carved in some hours for networking. 

And of course, I planned a course for my steem account.
