春节过后，散落在各地过年的老友们，都纷纷回到了古都。一声呼唤，大家又聚在“闽粤轩”，咱们的老地方。各位都神采奕奕，看来这个年都过的好！一边分享春节的见闻和喜悦，一边开始计划我们的春游活动。


之前大家都比较忙，工作忙，家里忙，提议过好几次，组织集体活动，都是没时间，湊不到一块，这也都很正常。五，六个人，都在世间奔走，各有各事，各有各忙，哪里那么容易能刚好在一个时间点都有空呢？


也许是节后有个空档，也许是抵挡不住春天的诱惑，更多是怀念憧憬老友们一起出游的开心！这次一提议，竟得到大多数的积极响应，举手表决，少数服从多数，成行！大家都很激动，少数人也都纷纷表态，调整其他事情的时间，保证不脱后腿！


一阵喧闹，一轮举杯！现场办公，去哪里呢？众人都盯上了东南亚海岛，此时那里应该气候适宜，不冷不热，节后旅行淡季，人没那么挤，性价比也较高。


越南芽庄？微信当场联系旅行社，可惜没有位了。泰国普吉？OK！时间线路都刚刚好，即刻落定金，免得夜长梦多！终于我们的春游，说走就走！

白切鸡，是粤菜系鸡肴中最普通的一种，属浸鸡类。其特点为制作简易，刚熟不烂，不加配料且保持原味。皮爽肉滑，清淡鲜美，驰名粤港澳。


白切鸡始于清代的民间酒店，因烹鸡时不加调味白煮而成，食用时随吃随斩，故又称“白斩鸡”。因其用料，广东省清远市出品的三黄鸡(脚黄、皮黄、嘴黄)，故又称三黄油鸡。不仅用料精细，而且还用熬熟的“虾子酱油”一起上桌蘸食。

此菜色泽金黄，皮脆肉嫩，滋味异常鲜美，具有葱油香味，葱段打花镶边，食时还可以带芥末酱，别有风味。

汾酒，中国传统名酒，属于清香型白酒的典型代表。因产于山西省汾阳市杏花村，又称“杏花村酒”。

汾酒以工艺精湛，源远流长，素以入口绵、落口甜、饮后余香、回味悠长特色而著称，在国内外消费者中享有较高的知名度、美誉度和忠诚度。

历史上，汾酒曾经过了三次辉煌。汾酒有着4000年左右的悠久历史，1500年前的南北朝时期，汾酒作为宫廷御酒受到北齐武成帝的极力推崇，被载入二十四史，使汾酒一举成名，被誉为最早国酒，国之瑰宝！
