Steem can grow exponentially. I can see Steem reaching around 10 million users but what will the community produce is impossible for me to predict. The possibilities are seemingly limitless and for this reason I can only acquire and hold.

Truly, the possibilities are limitless as the land is still virgin.
I believe the community will produce amazing innovations. This is already in existence as community projects geared towards impacting humanity positively is making waves already even in my country.
In terms of Steem's impact on the blockchain. It will be super awesome.
