Bitconnectx ICO, new project from Bitconnect

So Bitconnect is launching a new ICO most people think that It is a new exchange and is very likely that it is. Because to create an exchange you need allot of Bitcoin and if there is something that they own is allot of bitcoin.

Bitconnect as a track record of un finished projects their BCC pay is still on stand by and they are moving already for Bitconnectx .
Still if this is an exchange worries me a little that they will be able to influence even more the price of bitcoin and potentially many other coins and tokens. If they are indeed a scam the more they grown the more problem will be in the future for the cryptomarket! 

What you guys think about this new venture of Bitconnect?
