How to make Spicy tomato sauce at home: Recipe
# Spicy tomato sauce

## Ingredients:
<br>
*    2 small red chili peppers;
*    2 normal red peppers;
*    2 cloves garlic;
*    1 shallots;
*    400 grams of sliced ​​tomatoes with juice;
*    100 g of brown sugar;
*    3 tablespoons sherry vinegar.
<br>
## Preparation
<br>
Pepper the seeds and chop. Cut onion and garlic. Put these ingredients in a food processor, add the tomatoes and mix until smooth.

Move the mashed potatoes in a stainless steel saucepan, add sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

After boiling reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the sauce for 40-60 minutes, until it thickens. Do not forget to stir, especially near the end of cooking.

Finished sauce pour into sterilized jars and cool. In this form it can be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.
