PATACONES RELLENOS TIPO CESTA//por @mireyalongart
<div class=text-justify> Hola amigos de esta comunidad de cocineros #Steemfoods, un saludo a todos ustedes y en especial a nuestro amigo @alikoc07.

Hoy quise cocinar un plato muy especial, fácil y delicioso. 

# Patacones rellenos

## Ingredientes

250gr de Carne molida 

2 plátanos verdes

Queso mozzarella

Aceite para freír

1 Pimenton

2 tomates 

Pimienta y orégano

Ramitas de perejil 

## procedimiento

Lo primero es lavar  picar y pelar los platanos para freírlos en su primer momento.

Al terminar con los plátanos procedemos a freírlos en trozos grandes unos tres minutos.

Primero calentamos el aceite cuando esté bien caliente hechamos los plátanos a freír, por tres minutos aproximadamente.

Ahora empezamos con la carne lo primero  es picar medio pimentón y unas tres ramitas de perejil bien picadito.

Luego sazonamos la carne con la pimienta y el orégano en polvo.

Luego pasamos la carne con los aliños y la sofreímos bien.

Cuando la carne esté bien sofrita picamos la mitad del queso mozzarella y se lo agregamos hasta que se derrita.

Dejamos la carne a un lado y volvemos con los plátanos que ya están fríos y yo tomé un exprimidor de naranja también puede ser una de limón y con una bolsita llena de aceite los metemos en el exprimidor, para hacer nuestras cesticas.

Después calentamos otra vez el aceite y freímos de nuevo los plátanos está vez ya en cestas.

Listos y preparados para el relleno, picamos tomate en cuadrito y Empezamos a rellenar primero con carne, luego el tomate y adornamos con una ramita de perejil, también tomamos la otra mitad del queso y la fundimos, también para el adorno de nuestros ***patacones rellenos tipo cesta***
