Hey, guys, I hope you are doing good today?

Today our team traveled to our training camp in Spain. 
Nice, warm weather compared to Austria.

I don't know how many times I have flown already but whenever I am at the airport, and we are waiting for boarding I use this time to check some magazines and books.

Today I picked this one up.

You know me. As professional athletes, we constantly need to train to keep our current level but also to get better. Its part of our Job to constantly improve ourselves for our profession.

I try to keep this also apart from my job, where the focus is more physically. Your mind, your character is just as important. Trying to become the best version of yourself not only physically, but also mentally.

Excited to see what I will learn from this book. 

Use your resources you have and get better if this is something you want. And also in that area, play the longterm game. See yourself in several years not tomorrow. Life is a marathon, not a sprint.
