 Decentralization means an organization or company in which every participant/worker has the right to accept or decline any decision. Such organizations do not base on any single authority. No, single power can do any change in the organization without the feedback and support of all the community. The whole system including **organization owners** and **workers** together decide on decentralization organizations. In decentralization, everyone is independent in making a decision. These decentralized organizations just work like the chains as everyone is connected in this chain and playing his role.

As we are now familiar with the definitions of the **Decentralized** and **Centralized** and now we can easily make a constructive comparison between these terms. 
Decentralization | Centralization
--- | ---
All the decisions are made by the contribution and co-operation of the whole organization HIgher authorities as well lower authorities contribute equally. | All the decisions are done by the higher authorities, lower authorities mean to say workers do not have any right to reject the decision other than excepting the decision.
Decisions are done quickly with the help of the whole organization. | Decisions are done slowly because it requires time due to only one center.
Higher authorities, as well as the lower or middle class, have also equal power and contribution in the whole organization. | Higher authorities have all the power in all respects. Lower authorities cannot do anything.

There are two sides to each and everything and have different advantages and disadvantages. Similarly, some of the important advantages and disadvantages of the centralized system and decentralized systems are given below:

### ADVANTAGES 

1. The whole system works fastly. 

2. Decisions are done on the behalf of the whole community and are very fast.

3. Everyone has the right to start their own project here in the decentralized network.

4. In decentralization there is complete control by different small channels.

5. In decentralized systems the whole work is divided to all the organization which facilitates users.

### DISADVANTAGES 

1. Decentralized organizations are unstable due to the conflict in the decisions.

2. There are no proper rules and regulations provided by the proper channel and everyone makes its own rule.

3. There is no unity in making any decision because of decentralization.

4. If an organization is new and it is decentralized then it may be spoiled because of different systems.

5. Decisions may become difficult because everyone has his different point of view.

 As prof yousafharoonkhan has told us in the lecture that we should firstly look at ourselves. We should look at our nature of business, time framework and abilities.

But the clear view according to my opinions is here. We know those centralization organizations are centralized and the owners of that organizations can take any decision at any time without hesitation. And if you have invested in centralized then you are at risk. Sometimes it may also happen that the organization runs out by having your investment. But this is a very rare case even though there are possibilities of these things.

And decentralized organizations are run by the contribution of all the authorities and everyone has power. So according to my opinion and view, decentralized organizations are safer than centralized organizations. But these are my views and if you are going to consider my views in business so I want to clear something that I will not be responsible for your loss or profit.


It is up to you and on your working conditions and your capabilities that how you manage your business.

It is very easy to find if the blockchain is centralized or decentralized. Before investing anywhere we should discover each and everything of the blockchain because the blockchain may commit fraud by providing wrong information. And to know even the blockchain is centralized or decentralized we should do some work. And I am here to tell you that how can you know whether the blockchain is centralized or decentralized.

Follow these steps:
Let suppose I want to know about the **Uniswap(UNI)**
* First of all you have to find the contract address of the company/organization.
 * You can find the contract address from the [coinmarketcap](https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/uniswap/) as I have taken a screenshot of all the procedures and where you can find the contract address.

To know about the blockchain's nature you have to search these terms there in the source code sections <code>function destruct, only administration, self destruct</code> If you have found these terms in the source code then it is 100% clear that the system is not fully centralized. Let's search these terms and know if UNISWAP(UNI) is decentralized or centralized.
