<p><div class="text-justify">This afternoon I will pick up where I left off two weeks ago teaching a little bit EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I realized that I left you all hanging and never really explained how SUD (subjective unit of distress) works in conjunction with EFT. I would also like to talk about the subjects of repression and self oppression, starting with one of my favorite quotes from Carl Jung - "The suit and tie is oppressive". I will attempt to find some posts to curate between now and then as well. And I've certain got plenty of bits of current news which I find interesting enough to share and discuss.
