Today, Steemians around the globe begin the Season 2 of the Diary Game. It feels like an international day and of course it’s a global day and I can’t wait to read diary posts from the around the globe today.
Woke up at 05:00AM in Bamenda of the North West Region of #Cameroon and did some Steemit updates but was inspired with the introductory post of @ayeahgodlove
What a great way to start #thediarygame with an introductory post from a mentee. After brushing my teeth I joined my children and wife to clean the yard/house and open our shop.
Made some good sales this morning worth about 10SBD.

Breakfast was spaghetti 🍝 after which my wife and I left for the market to buy some food items.

We bought plantains, vegetables, potatoes, as well as some candies 🍬 🍭 , biscuits and drugs for our shop.

From market we left back for home for my wife to shower and go for a Njangi (socio-financial gathering) at your station. We usually have a Njangi on the first Saturday of every month and we usually contribute about 120,000francs (200SBD) for our monthly Njangi on Saturday. After leaving my wife with my friends to go for the Njangi, I went to wash the car and have a hair cut/face massage at Head Case.
Car wash costs 500francs(1SBD) and hair cut/facial costed 3000frs (5SBD)

I drove back home to receive some furniture we ordered for our room and living room. I tested while I waited because of a chest ache.
I ordered for a closet, drawer and a cupboard for our living room.

Tomorrow is my wife's 33rd birthday and for 5 days, I have been giving her a special treat. We’ve been married for 10 years and this year is the year of our tenth anniversary and this explains why I have giving her surprise gifts over the past few days. Her gift for today was 2 pairs of sneakers.
I bought the sneakers from a mobile thrift shop in my neighborhood and they costed 12000frs (20SBD)

After giving her the sneakers, I received a warm kiss before she left for work and I left to go and play another Njangi. My wife’s a nurse and so she had to go for night duty today. The Njangi I played this evening was an Alumni Njangi where I contribute 50,000francs (approx 90 SBD). There I joined my fellow mates who decided we should take some bottles of beer to celebrate a friend who’s birthday passed yesterday and who bought an opel Jeep. Our 3 kids plus a nephew were at home and so I couldn’t stay long to enjoy the fun with friends. Took two bottles of Booster Ginger, a vodka drinks and bought some sharwarma for about 2SBD to add to the warm kiss I received to serve as my lunch and dinner for today.

I reached home at about 20:30 feeling a bit tipsy but thank the spirits our kids had locked the shop.
Straight to the bed and only woke up about 3 hours later to complete writing this post.
I was sleeping with our last son who is 2 years old and it’s because he watered the bed that I woke up.
