as for me, I change my lifestyle about how to make my self healthy
from a toxic lifestyle to a healthy one.

Yes, I sleep early, in the morning I take sunrise dose up to 1 hour and 30 minutes start from 5 a.m to 6 a.m

>while making my self feel the wonderful healthy heat of sunrise, giving my lungs breath with fresh air by inhaling and exhaling, perform an exercise and stretching moves.
# After breakfast
Giving 1000 mg of vitamins C and Minerals dosages every day plus drinking a cup of green tea.
and after 12 hours I drink Yakult for having good bacteria for the immune boost system on my body.
of course, drinking 8 glasses of water every day for boosting my body fluids.
***Eating healthy foods are the best thing for this epidemic.*
always give time for chillaxing with one bottle of beer every night.
and have some popcorn to watch movies with my family.
