## Flashback to October 2015.

It has been a bit of a tradition for a few years now (probably starting around 2013 I think) to head back to Kelowna, and have a long Thanksgiving (Canadian Thanksgiving is in October, yo!) weekend, full of merriment and **EXERCISE**. This is the weekend of the BMO Okanagan Marathon (or halfie, or 10km, or kids run, etc...). 
In the more recent years, we've also realised that, for climbers in the Pacific Northwest -- there isn't a much better time of year to get our and try hard, than those crisp fall days.

This is a video of me and a bunch of my really great friends getting out to The Secret Lab in [Johns Family Park](https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/canada/kelowna-crags)(previously known as Cedar Park before the family generously donated it) in Kelowna BC. This route is the pretty burly, very overhanging monster that is "The Scenic Route" rated 5.11c (for you non-climbers, it's an intermediate~advanced difficulty to climb). None of us managed to send it (hey I just ran a marathon the day before) -- but we sure had a lot of fun having a swing and a couple wobbly-pops!

Keep crushing, brothers and sisters! There's enough rocks out there for all of us!
