How to make a cake traditional Aceh "timpan" ~ Cara membuat kue tradisional Aceh timpan (eng-ind)

***Hello steemian friend..!***

On this occasion I would like to share the recipe "timphan cake" this cake comes from my own region of Aceh.this is a traditional cake that certainly no less specialnya among the people of Aceh, this cake is made on average during the day of Eid or at the time there is an event.

The cake is generally soft-textured and wrapped in banana leaves, where the contents are using jackfruit, srikaya and some are using durian and coconut (depending on taste).

This food looks simple, but with a taste that is so delicious, have you ever tried to make a dish like this? If not, you should try it, I am sure you will love the delicious flavor you get on this food.

How, do you want to try it! The following is the Ingredients and how to create it:

**Cake ingredients required:**

* shoot bananas to taste
* 1 ripe papaya fruit
* 200 grm Glutinous rice
* 50 grm thick
* 1 young coconut
* right amount of oil
* Salt to taste

**Ingredients of cake:**

* 50 ml thick coconut milk
* 100 grm sugar
* 1 sheet of pandan leaves
* 200 grams of fine grated coconut
* ¼ teaspoon vanilli

---

**Next How to Make:**

* gongseng papaya with coconut milk and vanilla, mix well until mixed and set aside

* grated coconut shredded with sugar and pandan leaves, mix well until sugar mixed with coconut and set aside

* stir the flour and add papaya gongseng, then stir until completely uniform (until dry).

* Prepare banana leaves, apply cooking oil and ingredients that are ready and along with its contents

Hallo sahabat steemit...! 

Pada kesempatan ini saya ingin berbagi resep "kue timphan" kue ini berasal dari daerah saya sendiri yaitu Aceh. Ini merupakan kue tradisional yg pastinya tidak kalah specialnya di kalangan penduduk Aceh, kue ini rata-rata dibuat diwaktu hari lebaran atau di waktu ada acara.

Kue timpan ini pada umumnya bertekstur lembek dan berbalut daun pisang , dimana isinya ada yang menggunakan nangka, srikaya dan ada pula yang menggunakan durian dan kelapa (tergantung selera).

Makanan ini terlihat sederhana, namun dengan rasanya yang begitu lezat, pernahkah anda mencoba membuat masakan seperti ini? Jika belum, anda harus mencobanya, saya yakin anda akan menyukai kelezatan rasa yang anda dapatkan pada makanan ini.

Bagaimana, apa anda ingin mencobanya! Berikut ini adalah bahan dan cara membuatnya:

**Bahan kue Yang Diperlukan:**

* pucuk pisang secukupnya
* 1 buah pepaya masak
* 200 grm Tepung ketan
* 50 grm Santan kental 
* 1 buah kelapa muda
* minyak goreng secukupnya
* Garam secukupnya

**Bahan isi kue:**

* 50 ml santan kental 
* 100 grm gula pasir 
* 1lembar daun pandan 
* 200 gram kelapa muda parut halus 
* ¼  sendok teh  vanilli

**Selanjutnya Cara Membuat:**

* gongseng pepaya dengan santan dan vanili, aduk rata hingga tercampur lalu sisihkan

* gongseng kelapa parut dengan gula dan daun pandan, aduk rata hingga gula tercampur dengam kelapa lalu sisihkan

* aduk tepung dan masukkan gongseng pepaya, lalu aduk sampai benar-benar merata (hingga kering).

* Siapkan daun pisang, olesikan minyak goreng dan bahan yang sudah siap dan berserta isinya

* Setelah itu bungkus adonannya masukan kedalam kukusan timpan.
