***⚜️Hello steemian, I hope you are in good condition.⚜️***


On this occasion I will tell you about my experience while participating in a very memorable competition with my scout friends who are in high school (SMA), and I have registered as a candidate for the Indonesian Scout Movement in the #scout community. I am a young member of the Indonesian Scout Movement, In high school I learned a lot about #scouts from basic #scouts to a higher level and very much honed a lot of experience in the #scout community.

And in scouting I have won many achievements and participated as a committee in the #scout event which was attended by @ponpase, @bangmimi, @pojan, and other friends. Even though I just won the Scout achievement at the Scout level, I have been trusted to be a participant in various competitions in a #scout event. I have participated in various competitions to help carry out the activities of the participants which we carried out at a #scout event.

In that job, I had to attend several regional and national events. This is an obligation that I really have to carry out, this is the responsibility for the mandate given, So in this case I am still learning to be a member of the True Scouts, learning to be better and honing my skills to be better in the future. And in this competition I follow with all my heart and work hard to get a satisfactory score.

I have to learn to lead myself first, this is a reflection in terms of leading others. Furthermore, I have the responsibility to be a participant in this scouting activity, and at this event I am very enthusiastic about being a participant in a competition made by the event committee to support us in being creative. and can develop our talents at the event. Then I was tasked with guiding members who were sent from our trusted group to take part in various competitions.

In this case I have to be an example, both in educating, providing material and doing field theory. I have to transfer the knowledge of Leadership and Scouting to all participants who take part, this is based on the experience I got in Scouting education.

Please note that scouting education is an educational process that includes the scope of education in the school and family environment. It can be said that Scouting is an extracurricular activity outside of formal education at school.

As we know Scouts are cheerful, Scouts are diverse and Scouts have many stories. Scouting education is carried out in the form of activities that are unique, interesting, energetic and full of joy. Scouts build cooperation, cohesiveness and unite every Scout member in Indonesia, even throughout the world.

The implementation of scouting activities is very positive, healthy, disciplined and directed. The form of activities is practical and carried out in the open by applying the Scout education method. I think you are familiar with the various Scouting activities carried out in various countries.

So, it can be concluded that scouting education has a goal to shape the personality and character of a member for the better. In scouting education we are also educated to have noble character, have goals and life skills and have character. Therefore a Scout must practice the "Tri Satya" and "Dasa Darma" Scouts. Left-handed greetings, one-handed greetings and Scouting Greetings!

Hopefully with #scout events in various countries we can support so that we can develop #scouts, and I also thank you for all your attention to my blog, hopefully this way we can progress and develop in #scouts [STEEM ON].
