Hello Steemians!!!
   Today i am gonna share my views about how to keep yourself motivated ...Motivation is related directly or indirectly to optimism.There are two kinds of people in this world.One are optimistic people and others are pessimistic people but first let me tell you brief about what optimism is :
Optimism "an inclination to put the most favorable construction upon the actions and happenings to minimize adverse aspects,conditions and possibilities or to anticipate the best possible outcome".

Optimistic people have positive approach in all areas of their lives.They reinforce their positive empowering thoughts and attitudes which influence those around them.They deal with worry fearlessly because they know worry will destroy their ability to concentrate,so they accept their failures mentally,eliminate all vague imaginations and put themselves in a position in which they are able to concentrate on their problem.At times,such people are stunned by their failures. Unfortunate happenings hinder their lives and they get frustrated,disappointed but they always believe that there is more than there really is and they expect that goods of life overbalance the pain and evil of it and life is preponderantly good.

On contrary,pessimism is an opinion that reality is essentially evil,completely evil or as evil as it conceivably can be.If the glass is half filled,pessimist will say it is half full.A pessimist always see s the darker side of an event or circumstance. Remember no event or circumstance is without a positive side.Don't let people,events and circumstances discourage you.Empty your mind of all the negative thoughts.You can make a conscious effort of clearing your heart and mind from all fears,worries and regrets.
Make sincere attempts to improve the quality of life after discovering its realities.Thoreau said in his immortal book,"Walden".

This is so important. I have several mantras/mottos I live by, first, I like to ask myself "What's the best that could happen?" Second is this quote from Henry Ford, "Whether you think you, or you think you can't, you're right!" and finally, just a thought I keep in mind, it's just as naive to be pessimistic as optimistic, after all, EVERY shadow is caused by a LIGHT!!!
