Palm trees crossing: Oktober 17 2018

I had a lot to do today, a lot of walking and so had my 5k steps already done at midday. Fortunately I could rest in the afternoon - it was a nice warm autumns day (probably the last one) and we sat in the sun.

But I wanted to write about the palm trees. In my hometown they have a lot of palm trees in the spa garden and now it's time for them to be brought inside into the hothouse. Business as usual for locals - but out-of-towners always look a bit shocked when they have to stop at temporary traffic lights because the palm trees have right of way ;)
