제가 쓰기에 대한 쓰기를 어디까지 썼죠? ㅎㅎㅎ 기억 안 나니까 그냥 쓰겠습니다.

기억하시죠? 쓰기의 첫번째는 일단 앉는 겁니다.

요거 정말 중요하거든요. 그런데 글쓰기 책이 왔습니다. 살펴볼게요. ^^


오늘부터 쓰면 된다 1

'아이 캔 스피크'
옥분 할머니는 일본군 위안부로 끌려갔던 아픔을, 누구에게도 말하지 못하고 꼭꼭 숨겨왔던 아픔을, 미국에서 증언하려고영어를 배운 것이다. 그녀는 미국에서 증언하기 위해 영어를 배웠다. 우여곡절 끝에 미국 의사당에 선 그녀는 연설을 시작했다. '아이 앤 스피크.'그녀가 평생 꼭 하고 싶은 말이었다. 그리고 말을 토로했다. 그녀의 말은 관객의 가슴에 내려앉고, 아픔은 관객의 눈물이 됐다.

누군가 글을 쓰고 싶은 이유도, 하고 싶은 말이 있기 때문이다. 그 글은 다양한 모습을 가지고 있다. 넋두리일 수도 있고. 외침일 수도 있고, 속삼임일 수도 있으며, 석들이나 분노일 수도 있다. 즉, 글을 쓴다는 거 무언가 할 말이 있다는 것이다.

누구나 하고 싶은 말이 있다. '배고파' '자자' 이 말밖에 못하는 건 아니다. 말 하고 싶을 때 말을 해야 하듯, 글 쓰고 싶을 땐 써야 한다. 말로 하지 못한 이야기가 있다면 글로 풀어내면 된다. 자식에게 하고 싶은 말을 편지로 쓸 수도 있고, 배우자에게 할 말을 쪽지로 건낼 수도 있다. 글은 어렵지 않다. 쓰다 보면 잘 쓰게 된다. 얼마나 신기한가.

잘 써지지 않는다고 고민할 필요가 없다는 말이다. 글은, 잘 쓰는 것보다 중요한 게 있다. 즉, 읽는 사람이다.
