Today I bring you a sketch I made for a great friend here on the platform, his username is @foxkoit, I wanted to make a nice sketch to thank him for the support he has given me over these days, he loves photography and has amazing captures of your beautiful country, if you want to see his amazing work you can visit his blog here.

## <center>History of the Sketch</center>

<div class="text-justify">I wanted to make a sketch using "photography" as the main idea, that is why the main element is a camera, specifically a Sony Nex - 5T. This is the camera that he uses to take those incredible photographs.
<p/>
Starting from that, I was developing different ideas so that the design looked masculine, ideas came and went through my mind, and the first thing I thought about was "flowers" I did not want to use any flowers so I did a little research and discovered that the typical flower of Estonia is the "Cornflower" I hope I am right, I did not know this flower, its blue color immediately called my attention since it is my favorite color, and I thought it was very beautiful, that's where I said that this flower had to be in the sketch. (It should be noted that the flowers are very tattooed in men, it is not a single feminine element).
Even the design needed other elements that made it more striking, there were still many blank spaces that had to be filled with something. Currently Estonia is in winter, approximately until the month of April (that's a lot for me) Koit wherever you see sees all white, that's why add this other element, 3 snowflakes, in different scales.
And finally I could not miss a small tape where I wrote the word "Black and White" because for those who do not know Koit is a fan of B & W the vast majority of his photographs are in this style, something quite original given that the snow is white and get amazing results playing with the shadows.
At first I was somewhat worried about how the drawing would come out, I was a little afraid of the final result of the flowers, since I had never done them, now I can say that I would love to continue using them in my designs, without anything to say I hope you like it , here is the process:

## <center>PROCESS</center>
<center>I make the silhouette of the photographic layer, I try to get an attractive angle for the design.</center>

<center>I add three flowers in the upper corner of the camera, in three different sizes.</center>
<center></center>
<center>Then I add three snowflakes, two are equal, and one is different, you are on different scales, one is below the camera, one is on top of the camera and the other is in the middle.</center>
<center></center>
<center>To finish with the pencil sketch, add the ribbon that says "Black and White"</center>
<center></center>
<center>Then I start with the process of inking, starting with the silhouette of the camera, I try to get thick lines all around.</center>
<center></center>
<center>Then I start to put details, like the points I put on the side trying to get the same texture as the original camera. The lens is the most important and striking part, use a fascinating technique to achieve brightness in different areas.</center>
<center></center>
<center>With a 6B pencil I shaded some parts of the camera, as this is a sketch, usually not many techniques are added to the design, the techniques are added at the time of being tattooed.</center>

<center>I continue with the flowers, I shade all its contour with thick lines, and the details with finer lines.</center>
<center></center>
<center>Add pointillism to the center of the flowers, in these photographs you can appreciate more details.

<center>And then I continue with the snowflakes, they are very beautiful and delicate.</center>

## <center>Final Result</center>
<center>Finally I do the tape, I have to confess that making letters is not my strong point, but they look pretty good in the design. (In fact I admire artists who can draw good letters).</center>
