Steemit iron chef ronda 4. Calabaza silvestre por @naka05

Hola queridos amigos, para esta 4ta ronda con calabazas quise hacer mi torta preferida, es una torta con especias que me encanta. Sin más preambulos vamos a los ingredientes:

# Ingredientes
350 gramos de harina de trigo
225 gramos de puré de calabaza o auyama
260 gramos de azúcar
180 gramos de mantequilla
200 ml de leche cortada
3 huevos
20 gramos de especias(jengibre, canela, nuez moscada)

# Preparacion

Empezamos cortando la leche agregando una cucharadita de vinagre blanco. Reservamos

Cremar la mantequilla y el azúcar

Cuando tenga un color más claro y haya duplicado su volumen se verá así

Entonces será el momento de agregar uno a uno los huevos

Luego agregamos las especias, este es el toque que hace esta torta especial

Incorporamos el puré de auyama o calabaza

Luego vamos alternando porciones de harina y de leche

Mezclamos solo hasta integrar y llevamos la mezcla a un molde o tortera

A los 45 minutos estuvo lista mi torta  de calabaza especiada

Decore una porción con crema de mantequilla, dándole un aspecto muy silvestre y desprolijo
