Being a doctor myself I appreciate the health data project. This has not been addressed till now so much in the cryptoworld where it definitly belongs. If you can use decentralized ledger technology (blockchain) combined with the best of cryptography  there will be a way to provide a decentralized space for private health data, where only you with your private key have access to. This use case can profit and provide confidence from the proven security, immutability and censorship resistance of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. In nowadays hunt for big data there are so many that will try to accumulate that most valuable information.  AI will be the most hungry of all. Being in control of your health data for every individual it might be possible to decide which of the staggered or tiered  and possibly anonymized health files he or she may make available to research institutions or interested public or private organizations or companies. There might be smart contracts that enforce rules about this and may give part of the revenue made from big data back to the people that decided to open their files. So aside of having decentralized computing power, memory sharing, decentralized Uber, airbnb, social media sites, music ... in future there may be also health service where your medical data will generate value (VIVAcoins) for yourself and for health science in general.
