Not all regions are created equal and therefore these items will not apply to everyone.  However, in the USA these are films we are getting added to our library for the month of June.  

<h3> Cape Fear </h3>

It's difficult to imagine that there was once a time when DeNiro made pretty fantastic movies and even transformed his body to be muscle-bound in order to be more intimidation.  It also seems like a distant memory that Nick Nolte used to act at all.  This epic 1991 film was probably not seen by a great deal of the people alive today, especially if they are younger, and it really should be.  Fantastic movie.

<h3> Inside Man </h3>

The combination of Clive Owen and Denzel is always going to be a winner, especially since they are on opposite sides in this one and don't actually interact directly very often.  This very different take on bank robbery-themed films is strangely thought-provoking for an action film and was one of my favorite films of 2006.  The inclusion of Jodie Foster as the "main cast" is exceptionally deceptive as she appears in **very little** of the film at all.  

This movie appears to be mindless action, but it is actually a movie that makes you think a lot and as action films go, this is one of the better ones ever made in my mind.

<h3> E.T. </h3>

This film is a legend and that is really the only reason you need to watch it.  It was such a big deal when it was released and it was one of the earliest films that I actually saw in cinemas multiple times.  CGI was difficult to pull off in the mid 80's so there really isn't a lot of it and instead Spielberg went for puppetry and the construction of actual sets.  

You also get to see a very very young Drew Barrymore at the very start of her career.

Those are the ones I consider a big deal, but here are some "honorable mentions"

* Walk Hard:  The Dewey Cox Story (comedy)
* Observe and Report (comedy)
* The Disaster Artist (comedy / documentary) 
* The Silence of the Lambs (thriller / action) 

All of these were released on June 1st so they should already be available in your library.  You may have to search for them based on what your Netflix thinks your preferred movie types are but trust me, they are all there and they are all worth seeing.
