Baking my own bread 🍞 Das eigene Brot backen

On the weekend we finally baked our own bread. We had this plan for a long time and at long last we did it! We used spelt  and wheat flour with a lot of grains. It actually wasn't as complicated as we thought. The recipe is called 5 minute bread. Am Wochenende kamen wir endlich dazu, unser eigenes Brot zu backen. Wir hatten dies schon seit langem geplant und endlich war es dann soweit! Wir benutzten Dinkel-und Weizenmehl mit vielen Körnern.
