<div class=text-justify>Here is part two of my goals for 2020 and the decade ahead! It has been fun reading over again with the engagement from the community. I have also like to see others take a similar approach in sharing their own. Thanks!<p>

An important part of my goals continues to have Steem incorporated into it. Despite the ups and downs, the number of metrics I see with my involvement in the ecosystem is encouraging. To consider that I have earned over $3,000 in two years is amazing considering an asset that has gone down more than 90%! Imagine what the earnings would translate to in a slight recovery? An answer to my financial independence is my theory. While my Dollar Cost Average strategy has stopped for Steem, I will deploy more capital this year and potentially reach my desired goal of being an Orca with over 50K Steem Power staked.

An important goal I have this year within Steem is to become more engage once again but with more purpose. I want to leverage the development of the new Communities and Tribes to become a more valuable community member is a couple of them. This may include buying some of their tokens which is something that I have yet to do in my time here. I have a number of them in mind already and will share my thoughts as I go through the process in the coming month. In fact, I may try to even become a Whale in one of them given the potential they have. With this goal, I can put some metrics to target as I still want to achieve over 1,500 followers while focusing on engaging with the active ones on a daily basis. This also puts me on the lookout to finally exceed the coveted reputation of 70 or more this year!

A longer term goal with Steem this decade will be trying to optimize the passive income I can generate. While this will not be my focus in the short term, I feel that I can start laying the foundation to do so while I increase my stake as described above. There have been failures and successes in the ecosystem so carefully allocating to them will be a focus for me this year. This leads me to my Splinterlands Collection. What has become the best investment I have made on Steem so far continues to encourage me with the potential it has as it grows and engages more of the community.

I will continue to focus time and resources on my engagement with Splinterlands but also start to consider ways to generate improved earnings to reinvest both into the game but into other areas of the ecosystem. The amount of DEC tokens I generated last year from playing was impressive and a large part of my earnings in the ecosystem. I want to seek ways to build on this to potentially make it a sustainable opportunity for me and my endeavors across the Steem ecosystem. There are a number of entrepreneurs engaged with the Splinterlands community and I would like to also become one. This could lead to other potential projects that could also become streams of revenue on the future which tie into my goal for the decade.

While the future is always uncertain, we can always adjust and adapt to what comes. However, having a roadmap is the foundation of success in the long term. I have always tried to be accountable for my actions whether good or bad so that learning can provide knowledge for the future. It feels as if this reflection on my future goals has become an accumulation of learning experiences to be where I am at today. I am grateful for being here but will not compromise yet as the potential to improve continues for us all!</div>
