Today was a perfect example of what I can achieve with more time. A slow day at the home office as most people are gone on Holiday which gave me time to catch up and focus on some extra workouts. In addition to my morning walk, I went to the gym once the day was over for some weight training. I did the training with short rests although the weight was at anlow intensity.
