Had more time than I was expecting today so took a longer route to the gym to get warmed up for a weight training session. Despite some added weight, I was feeling pretty good with the sets at the gym. I am feeling that I may be finally past the plateau I have been feeling for a couple of weeks. It will only be a matter of time to tell but progress feels closer now. I hope that momentum continues as there is still room to improve.
