To say that the govern-cement is evil and out to kill you is understating things. And people still look to the govern-cement to solve things. The trouble being that we have no feedback loop, and no transparency. So, dark forces, get into power, and do things in the shadows. It is the perfect environment for them. Even if the govern-cement was started with saints, the environment is such that it will turn dark and corrupt. All of the incentives point that direction. However, we do need wiser people to help in disputes. People with vision to guide us into the future. And some kind of bureaucracy to handle the paperwork that exists in all things (although, I think this is where robotics could really be used) <hr /> Just think of it, getting a robot to pick up a piece of paper in the IN box, hold it for a few seconds, and then put it in the OUT box. The time savings to the entire system would be immense! ^_^
