**Well, if at the  beginning of 2016 the mountain of global debt has reached the all time high of 152,000 billion dollars, now, at the beginning of 2018, the global debt reached a critical threshold of 233,000 billions, up 16 trillion dollars from the end of 2016, according to an analysis by the International Finance Institute (IIF) Bloomberg.**

<h4>Year after year, there are huge increases of the global debts.</h4>

**Household and private sector debt has peaked an enormous value in countries like Canada, France, Hong Kong, South Korea, Switzerland and Turkey. At the same time, the debt-to-GDP ratio declined for the fourth consecutive quarter, while economic growth accelerated. This level is 318%, 3% lower than a maximum set in the third quarter of 2016, according to the Institute.**
**Analysts from the IIF say that a combination of factors has contributed to this decline, including economic growth beyond global synchronized expectations, rising inflation in countries like China and Turkey, and efforts to prevent a destabilizing debt level in countries like China or Canada.**

**The United Nations has calculated with the global population at 7.6 billion people, a global debt per each person of about $ 30,000.**

<h4>The whole world will someday get frozen in debt</h4>

**We all want a new car to drive, to buy a house, or something for our children on this Christmas, but how can we achieve that if our family budget cannot cover all of them? Nowadays the first thing that comes into our minds is a loan from the bank and we get things done. But how much can we borrow and what does the increase of our debts actually causes to us and our family,  few of us think about it. The more we own to the back the more we give up from our freedom. It is not only about the social debts but also the external debts of the countries are increasing year after year.
The whole world will someday get frozen in debt, as now has reached the highest level in history worldwide. The number of those who see this trend as being really dangerous is increasing. A short look on the numbers and we can see that the debt level grows exponentially as economies progress linearly.**
