Sure but the difference is not that huge. The current System is not Investor friendly and makes no Sense. 100 People can write some cooking recipes. But as a User i only want to read the best one. So the curator should get payed in a perfect Steem world to read all the Shit and reward the best. With 75% Reward is chance is higher this happens. With 25% it doesnt work as we see now.
